Nokia N96 this August

As reported here, Nokia, the mobile handset maker and leader will ship this August the next Nseries model at least in Europe and UK. The rest of the world, well a little bit later.

The successor of N95 is reported to have 16GB of built-in memory, support for microSD card to get an extended storage space of up to 32 GB. It will give users 40 hours of video content or more than 3000 songs in MP3 format. An awesome feature.

Flash Padlock

In the beginning, the battle is on capacity, 128mb skyrocket high to 16gb. Next is design. And now, flash manufacturers focus on security.

Memory and robust USB drive manufacturer Corsair has announced a new flash drive designed to secure user data, but it doesn’t use namby pamby software. Huzzah!

The new Flash Padlock, available in 1GiB and 2GiB flavours, feature a keypad on the stick itself for unlocking it prior to use. Removing the drive from a PC automatically locks the device down again.
